Cancellation/ Refund Policy
Conference fees: The conference fees include admission to the NGMN conference and exhibition, the conference dinner, lunch, refreshments, and conference documentation.
Payment terms: Payment should be made by credit card in EUROS. Payment must be received by NGMN or its nominated agent in case of early-bird bookings latest by 9th April 2010, in all other cases latest by 31st May 2010.
Cancellations:
Conference: The full conference fee remains payable in case of cancellation of participation.
Hotel: Cancellation until 31, March, fully refundable; from 31, March to 1 May, one night charge; from May 1, full prepayment at booking and non-refundable
Change of Programme: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organiser of the conference to alter the content, the speakers or the timing of the programme of the NGMN Conference & Exhibition.
